Located in Xintiandi, perhaps China’s most popular outdoor shopping area, Blondel is a Swiss Chocolate store whose design reflects the brand’s over 150 years of history.

Composed of dark wood, granite-like stone, and bronze metal details, the store takes cues from the newly renovated store which has stood in Lausanne, Switzerland for over a century.

With chocolatey terrazzo, a sculptural plaque wall, and subtle details for the display of the delicious products, this retail space for Blondel aims to be a high-end showcase for the brand, and a small taste of Switzerland in the heart of Shanghai
